Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Tracking E-mail
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, we will detail the tracking information in the e-mail.

Photo Bonus
We will also send you some photos of your items taken right before the shipping to make sure everything is in the good state.

Your package comes in a brown solid box. We have very discreet shipping, so people won’t be in your business.

    Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at kemeliaaph@gmail.com, We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Yes!
We offer free shipping with the minimum amount purchased 25 US dollars.

Your orders will be contained in an innocent brown box without any mark on it, so that everything will be fine once you receive the parcel.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process.
Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
