How is my order shipped?

Our products are shipped in a discreet package that won’t give away anything that’s inside, in case you have someone else picking it up.

Shipping method

For most countries in our list of service, free shipping for all orders with an amount of 25 US dollars or above, otherwise the shipping fee will be 9 US dollars, the delivery is arranged by the logistic company 4px, once the parcel arrived in the country of destination, 4px will delegate the shipment to their common partner delivery service like USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx.

ATTENTION: We strongly recommend you to choose a delivery signature service when the amount is higher than 200 US dollars, it's for the security of your package and your own sake. Please do not let someone else easily steal your precious products!

UPDATE: Shipping to Canada is no longer free for the orders with amount higher than 300 US dollars! More information here: Shipping Policy&FAQ.

How long does it take for the shipping and fulfillment?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, after that we will delivery to our logistic service, and the shipment would generally take 7 to 10 days, if there's a delay from our side or during the shipment, we will contact you via our email kemeliaaph@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a notification email once your order has been delivered, and the tracking information will be included in the email, like a tracking number, if you don't know how to use the tracking number, please contact us via our email kemeliaaph@gmail.com or enter the number in https://track.4px.com to track your items.

Do you ship to my country?

It depends on the country where you live, for the moment we can deliver our products to United States (excluding military states AA, AE and AP), Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Spain, France, Germany, and some other European countries, if you don't find your country listed in the selection, please contact us via our email kemeliaaph@gmail.com, we will examine if we can deliver to your country.
WARNING: We don't recommend using P.O. Box address since in some countries (France and Germany) we cannot deliver to P.O. Box address.
