Refund Policy


You can ask for the total refund before we shipped your orders, if upon arrival the items are damaged, or the items are not compatible to what we propose, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation, and would partially or totally refund you if necessary.

Please note that although we accept the partial or total refund, we don't accept the return because of the potential health risks, we need to make sure that all our products are not used by anyone.

Here are the steps you should take for the refund:

  2. Send us some photos about the items that you find problematic.
  3. Send us a proof of your purchase (you can omit this step if you contact us via the e-mail or contact number that you have left to us during your purchase).

Once you have completed ALL of these steps, we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
