General Shipping Policy
Proceeding
Generally, the orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation email is sent to you.
For the made to order dolls like Sixhouse, Climax Doll, Elsababe and custom sex dolls, we would need more time to prepare the package, in this case we can always give you an update via Kemeliaaph@gmail.com.
Tracking E-mail
Once the package(s) is shipped out, we will send a notification message to your registered email address, in which you can find the tracking number(s) of your package(s).
Photo Bonus
For the customized dolls, we will send you the photos of the doll before the shipment (generally it's not the final result so you can still demand the changes), in other cases, we can still send the photos to you if you need to be sure the status of your items.
Shipping Fees
Most of time, we apply the folowing shipping fees on the packages to most of the countries around the world, such as United States (not including Guam, Porto Rico and several other islands), Canada, countries in European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.

European Countries
We are able to ship to all the countries in European Union (and also United Kingdom), the delivery services are usually the following: UPS, DHL and DPN.
Depend on the logistic partner to whom we assign the package(s), we may track the package(s) before the custom clearance in the following pages:
Small Packages
Except the large cargos, we usually ship with 4px, who will transfer the package(s) to local post service, in this case the final delivery services vary and depend on each country. Here you may have a clearer idea about which service we will use

We cannot unfrotunately guarantee the exemption of customs duties for the following countries in Europe, but don't worry we will reduce the possible cost as much as possible.
